Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not available.

Eligible for Exchange

• Manufacturing defect (not applicable to Minor Defect Sale items).

• Wrong size sent by us.

• You ordered the wrong size (subject to stock availability).

Requirements

• Request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and with all original tags attached.

• Please provide an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the defect (if applicable). Claims without an uncut unboxing video may not be accepted.

Final Sale

All Sale and Minor Defect Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Fee

• If the exchange is due to a customer request (e.g. wrong size ordered), return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item/size sent) or a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping costs.
