1. How do I place an order?

Select your preferred item, size, and color, then add it to your cart.
Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete payment.
Once payment is successful, your order will be processed automatically.

2. How do I claim shipping discount?

You can enjoy automatic shipping discounts with minimum purchase:

Spend IDR 300,000 → Get IDR 10,000 OFF shipping
Spend IDR 600,000 → Get IDR 20,000 OFF shipping

How it works:

Add products to your cart until you reach the minimum purchase amount.
Proceed to checkout as usual.
The shipping discount will be applied automatically — no voucher code needed.

Important:

The discount appears as a deduction on your total payment.
Shipping fees are still calculated normally based on your location and selected courier

3. How do I use a voucher code?

Enter the voucher code in the voucher code field at checkout when filling in your personal and delivery details.
Please ensure all voucher conditions are met.

4. How can I get the best price?

All prices on the Ms Daisy website are lower than on other e-commerce platforms.
We also offer exclusive website vouchers, with bigger promotions during special dates.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted for production defects.
Products must be new and unused, and a full unboxing video clearly showing the defect is required.
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Can I exchange my size?

Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
Shipping costs for the exchange are fully borne by the customer, and items must be new and unused.
